Meet Henschel Technologies

Henschel Technologies is the managed IT firm of CL Henschel LLC, founded in Dover, Delaware in 2026 by Louis G. Henschel — a network engineer who has spent his career inside other companies’ networks and decided it was time to build the firm he always wished they could call.

The idea is traditional, and we mean that as praise. The firms that served Delaware businesses for thirty years earned it one way: they answered the phone, knew your systems, and stood behind their work. We run on that standard — with today’s tools, today’s security, and the leading product lines in the industry behind us.

When you call 855-IT-PROBLEM, it rings the owner. When we quote your options, we have already done the comparisons. And when something breaks at the worst possible moment, there is one number, one team, and no finger-pointing. That is the whole business model — and it is why our clients’ technology problems become our problems, handled.

What we believe

• Traditional face, modern craft. Plain talk, real pages, real people — no hype.
• Security is a floor, not an upgrade. Partially secured is not an option we sell.
• One accountable team. Computers, network, security, and phones — one call.
• Local on purpose. Dover-based, Delaware-serving, at your door the same day.
